Curb Inlet Screen Installation Instructions
Enclosed for installation: galvanized or stainless-steel fixtures, zip ties, and curb inlet screen(s). The number of screws and zip ties will vary depending on the number and size of the curb inlet screens ordered (extras provided).
Installation Steps:
Using a drill and a 1½ inch screw, install the galvanized or stainless-steel fixtures into the concrete gutter pan. Fixture spacing is approximately every 2–3 feet.
Place a zip tie through the upright holes of the fixture.
Place the curb inlet screen in front of the fixture with the larger holes at the top and the smaller holes at the bottom.
Insert the two ends of the zip ties through two different sets of holes in the screen.
Connect the zip tie ends and loosely tighten.
Continue for all fixtures and loosely tighten each.
Once all zip ties are in place, go back and fully tighten them.
Cut excess ends of the zip ties for a clean, finished look.
